How We Hire

When it comes to interviewing, we focus on “who you are” instead of “what you know”. Your attributes, attitude, and credibility define who you are. We look for the fundamental knowledge, thoroughness, passion, and curiosity quotient in you.

Our Process

We aim to have no more than three interview stages. The idea is to understand “who you are” and vice versa. We simply want to hire the right people by assessing your potential to learn and grow. That’s it.

What do we see

Underline pattern

Foundations

Programming principles and engineering best practices. Testing acumen and ability to work in agile and lean teams.

Communication

Clear articulation of thoughts, terminology, and relevance. Listening and asking questions. Selling, negotiating, and convincing skills.

Learning ability

Ability to observe, act, and learn. High degree of awareness of project, workplace, industry, and trends.

Problem solving

Figuring way out when in new situations.
